Teaching:    Tuesdays starting on February 20, 2024 at 6:30-9:30 Pacific for 8 weeks

Office Hours:   Thursdays 6:30-8:30 Pacific for 8 weeks

Who this is for:  

  • Aspiring tech artists in Games and Film
  • Tech or other artists adding skillset of Blueprints

 

Outcomes:

  • Learn Blueprints in a methodical, visual way
  • Be a better tech artist, with BP and coding best practices
  • Have some cool tools you made and can show off

 

Requirements:

  • No blueprint experience required
  • Some UE experience. At least an Intro to Unreal Engine course, Interface Navigation, etc, but you do not need to be expert

Week 02-Programming Fundamentals for Blueprint
Week 03-Dynamic Prefabs
Week 04-Gameplay with Blueprint
Week 05-Blueprint Inheritance
Week 06-User Interface
Week 07-Advanced Blueprint Control
Week 08-Database Driven Design
