The "Introduction to UEFN" workshop is a structured, 10-week program designed to introduce participants to Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN) starting from the ground up. This course aims to equip game developers, storytellers, and other creatives with the skills to design, build, and share interactive experiences that can be published directly to Fortnite. It serves as a comprehensive guide for those looking to add to their repertoire within the Fortnite universe.  Beginners welcome, and will be offered a complementary live workshop to get them more up to speed.

Class starts on May 4th, 2024 offering you…

• Interactive Lessons every Saturday (8:30 am to 11:30 am Pacific)

• Office Hours every Tuesday from 6-8 PM Pacific
• Special session with Haz Dulull on marketing a successful game in UEFN (see his successful Moontopia game!)

By the end of the course, you’ll be able to… 

• Acquire the skills to design, develop, and publish interactive experiences within Fortnite.
• Learn the fundamentals of game design and how to market UEFN projects effectively.
• Gain proficiency in using Unreal Editor for Fortnite, including UI navigation, project management, 2 weeks of Verse, and worldbuilding.
• Develop the ability to collaborate on UEFN projects and manage class projects through the Team Portal.
• Prepare for career opportunities as a UEFN developer or UGC creator, capable of monetizing games and experiences published to Fortnite.
